Reservation Agreement

To reserve a row house or semi-detached house, a written reservation agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays a reservation fee of 2000 euros to the seller. The reservation agreement is valid for one month.

Sale and Purchase Agreement

To purchase a row house or semi-detached house, a notarial sale and purchase agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays the seller 10% of the purchase price. The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

Transfer of Ownership Agreement

After the home is completed, a notarial transfer of ownership agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays the seller the remaining 90% of the purchase price. Once the transfer of ownership agreement is signed, the home is handed over to the buyer.

  • Fees for the establishment and connection to utility networks (electricity, water, sewage)
  • Readiness for connection to telecommunications, security, and cable TV services

Not Included in the Sales Price of Townhouses and Semi-Detached Houses

  • Fees for connection to telecommunications, security, and cable TV services
  • Notary fees and state duties related to contract signing (paid by the buyer)

 

Buying a residential plot

Reservation Agreement

To reserve a residential plot, a written reservation agreement is signed with the buyer, and the buyer pays a reservation fee of 5000 euros to the seller. The reservation agreement is valid for one month.

Sale and Purchase Agreement and Transfer of Ownership Agreement for the Residential Plot

To purchase and transfer a residential plot, a notarial sale and purchase agreement and transfer of ownership agreement are signed with the buyer simultaneously, and the buyer pays the seller 100% of the purchase price. The paid reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price. After the agreement is signed, the residential plot is transferred to the buyer.

The price of the residential plot includes the fee for infrastructure development (including connection fees).
