True to our approach, Kindluse Kodu does not offer traditional developer-defined interior design packages. Instead, we’ve curated a selection of interior design materials available on the market, but within this selection, you have the freedom to choose the most suitable materials and combine them as you wish.

Our selection of interior doors (framed, paneled, veneered doors), parquet flooring (veneered, solid wood, herringbone parquet), and ceramic tiles (marble, terrazzo, metro, natural stone-patterned tiles) is wide and diverse. Additionally, there are details with various finishes (door handles, electrical fixtures, sanitary equipment) and several accent wall colors to choose from. Only the main wall color and sanitary ceramics (sinks, toilets) are standard white in all homes, and saunas come with a standard finish.

Most of the choices are included in the price, with only a few options available for an additional fee.
